1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bj game ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager at bj game, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all of the terms set out on this page.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use bj game. These Terms apply to all products and services offered on the platform, including cricket betting, online casino, esports betting, virtual sports, Andar Bahar and any other product that may be added in the future.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Registration Requirements

3. Your Account

3.1 Account Verification (KYC)

You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other government-issued identification document, proof of your registered mobile number and, in some cases, proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in suspension of deposits, withdrawals or both until verification is complete.

3.2 Account Currency

All bj game accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, bets, winnings and transactions are displayed and processed in PKR. There are no foreign currency conversion charges on standard supported payment methods.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login and no betting or deposit activity for a continuous period of 12 months. After this period, bj game may apply an account maintenance fee of Rs 500 per calendar month or close the account and return the remaining balance via the player's registered payment method, depending on the balance available. bj game will make reasonable efforts to contact you before any fee is applied.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request to close your bj game account at any time by contacting customer support. If you have an outstanding balance, bj game will process a withdrawal to your registered payment method following standard verification. bj game reserves the right to close any account in breach of these Terms without prior notice.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

bj game accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available in Pakistan:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• NayaPay digital wallet
• SadaPay digital wallet
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) to/from Pakistani bank accounts
• Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks

4.2 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit at bj game is Rs 500. There is no maximum single deposit limit set by bj game, though your payment provider may impose their own limits. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically credit to your bj game wallet within 30 seconds of confirmation from your payment provider. bj game does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider's own fees may apply.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal at bj game is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, subject to the payment provider's receiving limits. bj game aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals and within 3 business hours for bank IBFT transfers.

4.4 Failed Transactions

If a deposit fails after funds have left your payment provider but before they reach your bj game wallet, contact bj game support immediately with your transaction reference number. bj game will investigate and credit any confirmed failed deposit within 24 hours. bj game is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or bank processing systems.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Placement

Bets placed at bj game are binding once you click confirm on your bet slip. It is your responsibility to check all details — selection, stake and odds — before confirming. bj game does not accept requests to cancel bets after confirmation except in specific circumstances set out in the rules for the relevant market.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum stake per bet at bj game is Rs 50. Maximum stakes vary by market and event and are displayed on the relevant market page before you place your bet. bj game reserves the right to reduce the maximum stake for any account at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are identified.

5.3 Odds Changes

Odds at bj game update in real time, particularly for in-play markets. If the odds for your selection change between the time you add it to your bet slip and the time you confirm, you will be notified of the new price. You have the option to accept the new price or cancel your bet slip. bj game is not liable for any financial impact of odds movements between selection and confirmation.

5.4 Void Bets and Abandoned Events

If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned or otherwise fails to reach a result within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts. 5.5 Palpable Errors

If bj game offers odds on a market that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — for example, decimal odds of 50.00 where the correct price should be 1.50 — bj game reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and settle at the correct price, or to void all bets on that market entirely. bj game will make reasonable efforts to identify and rectify palpable errors promptly.

5.6 In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets at bj game are subject to delay and suspension at any time at bj game's discretion. Bets placed during a period when markets are suspended may be rejected. Live video or data feeds provided in conjunction with in-play betting are for information only and do not form part of any contract between bj game and the player.

6. Casino & Games

6.1 Return to Player (RTP)

All casino games available at bj game — including slots, live dealer tables, Andar Bahar, roulette and baccarat — operate with a published theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage. RTP figures are available on individual game information pages. bj game games are tested and certified by independent third-party auditors to ensure RTP compliance.

6.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game at bj game, the affected round will be void and the stake returned to the player. Any winnings generated during a malfunction round are not payable. bj game is not responsible for losses caused by third-party network issues, device failure or internet connectivity problems on the player's side.

6.3 Live Dealer Games

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses, free bets and promotions offered by bj game are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms take precedence for matters relating to that promotion.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

New bj game accounts are eligible for the welcome bonus on their first deposit, as described in the current welcome offer terms. The welcome bonus is a one-time offer available once per person, household and device. Players who open multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have all accounts closed and all bonuses forfeited.

7.3 Wagering Requirements

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bj game. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account closed and all balances forfeited. bj game reserves the right to report matters to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Opening or operating more than one bj game account.
• Providing false, inaccurate or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or AI tools to interact with bj game in a manner that gives an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes in a systematic manner.
• Conducting or participating in any form of match-fixing or spot-fixing in connection with bets placed on bj game.
• Using bj game for any money laundering or financial crime purposes.
• Charging back deposits to your payment provider after using those funds to bet on bj game.

bj game is not responsible for any loss caused by network outages, server downtime, third-party payment provider issues or any event outside bj game's reasonable control. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

12. Privacy

In the event of any dispute between you and bj game, you should first contact customer support to seek an informal resolution. bj game aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal complaint via support@bjgame.ws.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before commencing formal legal proceedings. bj game's decision on all betting-related disputes, including settlement, void declarations and suspected fraud determinations, is final and binding.
